| To
get to the Lares Valley we first go to the Sacred Valley heading North passing
by the town of Qorao and Pisaq where we will visit the archaeological park
and the handicrafts market, we will then go to Calca (asphalt) and we will
reach the Lares Valley, (full off road) where we will see amazing landscapes
and take a bath in the hot springs.
The second Day we will head towards Quillabamba, on the way we will appreciate wonderful landscapes of snowy mountains and then tropical jungle, descending untel 1,047 msnm. We will pass trough towns such as Quebrada, Quello Uno (Route to the Pongo de Mainique). We will then continue to Echarate and Quillabamba, Placed at the beginnings of the Tropical Jungle, on the left side of the Vilcanota or Urubamba river, the average temperature of 25ºC which makes it perfect for agriculture. We will spend the night at our hotel. The third Day we will visit Quillabamba City, then we will heat towards Siete Tinajas, 25 kilómetros from Quillabamba. Siete Tinajas is a wonderful waterfall on the rock, this waterfall has formed seven bathtubs on the solid rock. We will then return to Quillabamba and and spend the afternoon in Sambaray pools. The forth day we will head back to Cusco, crossing the Vilcanota river by the Chaullay bridge, and then we will pass by Huyro famous because of the high quality of Tea, we will then drive to the high point of Malaga on 4,315 msnm. We will then descend to Ollantaytambo, Urubamba, Chinchero, and finally Cusco. Skill
