The Sacred Valley of the Inkas is located heading North from Cusco. During the Inka Empire, this valley had major priority , and many fortresses and sacred buildings were constructed there, such as Pisaq, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros. These days, the Sacred Valley is a fertil land where very quite and picturesque towns have developed such as Urubamba, Calca, Qoya among others. At the return we will go to the Maras monument where we will visit the Salt Mines (Salineras) and the archaeological monument of Moray conformed by circular terraces, where the inkas used to develop agricultural research.
