La capital del Cusco es la ciudad del Cusco, "Capital Arqueológica de América", Cusco, capital del imperio del Tahuantinsuyo, centro de gobierno de las cuatro extensas regiones del fabuloso imperio incaico que llegó a abarcar gran parte de lo que es Ecuador, Colombia, Perú, Bolivia, Argentina y Chile. El 23 de marzo de 1534 Francisco Pizarro fundó sobre la ciudad del Cusco una ciudad española que se construyó sobre los cimientos incas. Cusco is located in the Southern part of Peru. The City of Cusco is called "The Archeological Capital of the Americas" because in ancient times, the Imperial Capital of the Incas was located here, called Tahuantinsuyo. This Capital city was the government seat for the extensive four regions of the fabulous Inca Empire which embraced the greater part of what is now called Ecuador, Colornbia, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Chile. On the 23rd of March, 1534, Francisco Pizarro captured the city and built a Spanish settlement on the foundations of the Inca architecture. |

Esta calle se dirige hacia el barrio de SAN BLAS (barrio de los artesanos del Cusco). One of the principle streets in the city of Cusco. You can see the famous stone with 12 angles. This quiet street leads up into the neighborhood of San Blas, which in ancient times, housed the artisans of the Inca. |
