The big colonial house is located in the square of the neighborhood
of San Blas, famous all over the world because of the painters
of Cusqueña Paint School, actually, the house is located
next to the Hilario Medivil's Atelier and Museum, famous sculpturer
and painter. Nowadays San Blas is the culture and arts hot spot
in Cusco, its narrow and ancient streets are home of literature
cafes, typical and international restaurants, souvenir stores,
artisan's ateliers, painters, knitters and ceramists. Because
all of this, San Blas is the most interesting and picturesque
neighborhood in Cusco.
